Summary of Position
- Responsible for assisting customers in the warehouse
- Receive incoming shipments
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Load customers accurately and efficiently
- Prepare orders for deliveries and if necessary, deliver orders using company vehicle
- Receive merchandise/incoming trucks and note any errors
- Safely operate a forklift and skid steer
- Assist with maintaining an organized warehouse
- Stocking of showroom
- Effectively communicate with teammates to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Physical Requirements - Ability to: lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, withstand heat and cold, safely operate forklift, skid steer and company vehicles, tolerate allergens such as hay and dust, stand for up to 8 hours.
- Knowledge of agriculture products a plus.
- Able to work rotating Saturdays.
