Early maturing, high yielding, fast growing variety that can be harvested all summer long. The bright yellow fruit has a buttery squash flavor and firm flesh, best harvested younger when it is 4 to 5 inches long and skin is soft. Delicious in many cooking applications including steamed or sliced and fried.
