Late maturing unique variety of squash that grows 5 - 7 fruits per vine and can be stored several months in a cool, dry area. The outside has a hard smooth finish and the very pale yellow flesh has an uncanny resemblance to spaghetti strands when cooked. The mild taste is similar to pasta and can be added to a variety of dishes, such as soups and stews. Much lower in calories when eaten as spaghetti instead of pasta.
